Severe allergy
If you have an anaphylaxis risk, speak to a team member before ordering. If we cannot meet your needs safely, we will tell you before you purchase.
This list follows the UK regulated allergen list under the Food Information Regulations.
How to order safely
Follow these steps each visit. Recipes and ingredients change. Check every time, as your risk is personal.
When you order
1. Tell us your allergy or intolerance before ordering.
2. Tell us how severe it is and what symptoms occur.
3. Ask us to check ingredients and preparation for your dish.
4. If unsure, choose a simpler dish with fewer ingredients.
Cross-contamination
We prepare food in a shared kitchen. We follow safe handling practices, but we cannot guarantee a zero cross-contact environment.
Prepacked food
If we sell food packed on-site for direct sale, food labelling rules require the product name and an ingredients list with allergens emphasised.
Written allergen details for specific dishes are available on request. Contact us and we will respond with current information.
Allergen matrix
We maintain a full allergen matrix for each menu item internally. A dish-by-dish allergen table will be published here once finalised with the confirmed menu.
Legal basis: UK food business allergen guidance and the Food Information Regulations (FIR). Guidance for the 14 regulated allergens and PPDS labelling rules apply.
