Our story
The Grubz Lounge was created to bring genuine Caribbean soul food to Preston city centre — not a simplified version, not a tourist-friendly watered-down plate, but the real thing done with care and presented with pride.
The name says it. We are a lounge first. The food is the reason to come, but the atmosphere is why you stay. From the first plate of jerk chicken to the last sip of a signature cocktail, we want every visit to feel like you were always meant to be here.
Our kitchen uses traditional techniques with consistently high-quality ingredients. The menu stays focused. We would rather do fewer things exceptionally well than spread ourselves thin.
