The Grubz Lounge ("we", "us") operates this website. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through it.

This website does not host contact forms and does not ask you to enter personal details. If you email us using the address shown on our contact page, we use your message and email address solely to respond to your enquiry, and we keep it only as long as needed to do so.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Some services we link to are operated by other companies, and any details you enter there are handled under their own privacy policies. These are: our booking system, provided by Epos Now; our loyalty programme, provided by Loyalty Dog; and embedded maps, provided by Google.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website sets no cookies of its own. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or visitor-tracking software.

Pages that display a Google Map contain an embedded map from Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads. This is controlled by Google rather than by us, and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
